The Modeler requires the ability to read and interpret contract drawings, create templates, place members, 3D models of the structures, connections, and sections. Requires knowledge of American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), American Welding Society (AWS), The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and National Institute of Steel Design (NISD) standards. Experience in structural steel and architectural/miscellaneous detailing is a must.
Produce detailed drawings for steel fabricators and erectors. The Detailer prepares detailed plans, fabrication and erection drawings and other documents (columns, beams, braces, trusses, stairs, handrails, joists, metal decking, etc.) used in the construction of commercial buildings, industrial plants, and various non-building structures. Requires knowledge of American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), American Welding Society (AWS), The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and National Institute of Steel Design (NISD) standards.

The Estimator must have a proven track record and succeed with maintaining the same while managing complex structural and architectural steel projects to profitability. This role requires strong acumen with contract drawings, purchasing, detailing, engineering, documentation, fabrication, erection, forecasting, scheduling, coatings, and shipping in regards to steel. Architect to perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing and overseeing the construction. You will be involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, restorations and conservations from the earliest stages right through to completion.
